YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES!

• Improve and monitor the product development process (speed, quality, team spirit and stakeholder

engagement)!

• Promote agile development methodologies within the Product and Technology teams and company

wide!

• Identify and mitigate impediments in the product development process through working with the team

and management!

• Facilitate communication within the teams and with stakeholders!

• Leadership and coaching of junior developers (incl. execution of code reviews)! !

YOUR PROFILE!

• At least 3 years of experience in an agile environment!

• Outstanding communication and moderation skills!

• Excellent coaching and conflict management skills!

• Deep knowledge of agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, and TDD)!

• Competence to implement and improve processes and best practices!

• Results oriented mindset!

• Self-confident and hands-on personality!

• Proficient English, both written and oral! !
