YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES!

• Content Sourcing: identification of gaps, define content strategy, organisation of events, content

acquisition!

• Contributor Marketing, Branding and Partnerships: build partnerships, newsletters, PR, social media

channels, blogs, participation in trade shows, organisation of brand promotion related events!

• Contributor Management: management of content, communications, offline documents, key account

management!

• Moderation Management, Content Management! !

YOUR PROFILE!

• Bachelor Degree or five years experience in photographic community management, and/or

photography creative content direction!

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Creative and commercial orientation!

• Leadership qualities, organized and charismatic. Relationship builder!

• Experience in marketing and branding management!

• Worldwide photography understanding. Also footage trends, cultural expressions, and elements.!

• Experienced in workshops or events organisation!

• Industry knowledge of the stock photography sector preferred!

• Practical knowledge of photography and video, and familiar to technical terms used in the photographic

industry!

• Technical proficiency in design applications (such as Adobe Creative Suite)!

• Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage!

• Pre-existing global contacts of photographers is an advantage! !
