Position Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support the evolution of our talent acquisition team, specifically focused on filling technical roles across a variety of business units. The talent we recruit is often passive, engaged in their work, and top contributors in their current organizations. It’s your job to skillfully identify, engage, and sell these passive candidates on the opportunities within Company.
In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process: from workforce planning discussions and receipt of approved requisition to accepted offer.

Your Profile
The successful Talent Acquisition Partner will have relationship management and networking skills, be customer-focused, articulate, and demonstrate initiative in all aspects of work. Organizational awareness, ability to use sound judgment, and interviewing/assessment skills are core to your success in sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates to hiring teams. Ideal candidates will be experienced working within matrixed organizations, and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruiting metrics and prioritizing effectively to achieve results.

You will contribute to organizational success by:
• Manage full life cycle recruitment; emphasis on proactive sourcing, using a variety of sourcing methodologies.
• Conduct consultative and strategic intake sessions with hiring managers and HR to identify and understand business requirements for open positions, set expectations and timelines for the recruiting process and the desired candidate profile.
• Develop cost-effective recruiting and sourcing strategies; proactively create / maintain candidate pipelines as needed.
• Implement best practices to attract and recruit diverse talent including use of technology, social media, community. outreach, military, educational, professional organizations, referral networks and outplacement agencies.
• Use a variety of standard and specialized sourcing techniques to develop a pool of well-qualified candidates; building strong networks and direct sourcing is essential for this position.
• Collaborate with peers, train or mentor others in best practices and sourcing techniques.
• Develop and maintain internal and external networks to strategically source passive candidates.
• Ability to use technology efficiently to manage workload. Working knowledge of automated recruiting systems required (ATS: Lever)
• Ensure accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process are met.
• Demonstrated recruiting experience in a multi-function environment with the ability to manage multiple/competing priorities.
• Ability to use technology efficiently to manage workload.
• Write complete and detailed intake documents and job posting ensuring an understanding of job duties, job responsibilities, and required/desired skills.

Basic Qualifications: (required)
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3 plus years full-cycle recruiting experience within a corporate team.
• Sourcing candidates on a national level utilizing social media and networking sites as well as traditional sourcing methods and cold calling to build a pipeline of candidates.
• Experience filling roles at various levels and within different functions, with clear focus on technical positions.
• Experience in using ATS systems.
• You are a highly ambitious individual who demonstrates a strong initiative and independent thinking.
• Advanced command of English.
