We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in AWS, React.js, Java, and Kubernetes, who thrives in a dynamic environment and can seamlessly bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Project Management
Lead the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Develop detailed project plans and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
Manage risks, issues, and changes effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
Technical Oversight
Oversee projects leveraging technologies like AWS, React.js, Java, and Kubernetes.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the feasibility of technical solutions and alignment with project goals.
Facilitate architectural discussions and decisions when needed.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure effective communication of project progress, challenges, and achievements.
Drive alignment between business goals and technical deliverables.
Team Leadership
Mentor and support team members to enhance their performance and professional growth.
Foster a collaborative, transparent, and high-performance culture within the team.
Qualifications
Proven experience managing technical projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong expertise in AWS, React.js , Java, Kubernetes
Solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Exceptional communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Fluency in English (minimum C1 level), with experience leading meetings in English.
